Vietnamese with Ease 1 — A Practical Vietnamese Textbook for Foreigners

Vietnamese with Ease 1 is the first volume in a series written specifically for foreigners learning Vietnamese. Aligned with the CEFR A1 level, it opens with the alphabet, tones, and pronunciation, then moves through everyday topics: greetings, family, numbers, telling time, shopping, transport, and food.

Every lesson follows the same shape: an opening dialogue, themed vocabulary with pronunciation guides, compact grammar notes, audio-backed pronunciation drills, reading and writing exercises, and a closing cultural note. A self-check review closes every unit block so learners can consolidate and teachers can gauge progress.

Lessons are chunked into 5–10 minute blocks, making it easy for teachers to assemble 45, 60, or 90-minute classes — and equally easy for self-learners to set their own pace by listening to the audio, working through exercises, and reviewing directly in the book.
